That's What I'm Talking About!

Finally it's here!  After day one of just ice and a dusting of snow, we got the snow we all were waiting for.  Not sure how many inches we got, but looks like 5-6...with 2 days and counting of no school.  I don't have any pictures of the boy, because he has been sick in bed.  For all of you keeping track, yes, he is sick again RIGHT before another trip.  How does he do it???  

Praying for Snow

We live in St. Louis, but I grew up in Chicago, and spent many years in Minnesota, so I know cold and snow.   Now that I am older, I don't exactly love the cold anymore, but we have had only a minimal amount of snow so far here in St. Louis...I am READY for a good snow.  A school-canceling snow.  They say it's coming tonight, so we will see. The kids are praying for a big one.   Until then, here are some last year snow pictures.

My son wants to make a website, but a blog is about all I could think of.    So I am testing this out to see if it is a feasible idea, and if it is easy to do.  So wish me luck, and maybe I will be a real blogger in the future.
